Resolve complaints
Handling complaints on Luki:
Step 1: Receiving
- Receive request to resolve buyer's complaint via email: support@luki.vn
- Check the complaint information to accept or reject
Step 2: Handling complaints
- Collect information, images and evidence from relevant parties
- Make judgments and remedies with relevant parties
Step 3: Completing the claim
- Transfer information to the carrier, track the process of exchange / return (if any)
- Refund to buyer (in case of return) or transfer money to seller (exchange)
Step 4: Confirm the results and proceed to close the complaint
