Handling complaints on Luki:

Step 1: Receiving

  • Receive request to resolve buyer's complaint via email: support@luki.vn
  • Check the complaint information to accept or reject

Step 2: Handling complaints

  • Collect information, images and evidence from relevant parties
  • Make judgments and remedies with relevant parties

Step 3: Completing the claim

  • Transfer information to the carrier, track the process of exchange / return (if any)
  • Refund to buyer (in case of return) or transfer money to seller (exchange)

Step 4: Confirm the results and proceed to close the complaint
